Sesame Seeds are a delicious source of protein, vitamins, minerals and fibre. They contain Oleic Acid which helps to lower bad cholesterol, raise good cholesterol and reduce the risks of heart disease and strokes. Their nutty, slightly sweet flavour is enhanced by roasting.
Roasted and crushed seeds can be sprinkled over salads and used in stir fries. Add to breads or toss over roasted vegetables.
Use in baking and cooking or sprinkle over salads.
