WHERE IS BLVD FOODS BASED?
Our factory is based in Cape Town, South Africa but we courier our products nationwide.

WHAT MAKES THE BANTING BLVD AND HEBA RANGE BANTING-FRIENDLY? 


We follow very strict guidelines that adhere to “LCHF” principles as well as the Real Meal Revolution food lists. Our products are not processed but rather prepared for your convenience. This ensures that all ingredients remain as close to nature as possible.

 

 

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?

Firstly, it is important to understand that “gluten-free” often refers to “an ingredient derived from grains that has been processed to remove gluten”. We choose to only use raw materials which are free from, or significantly low in, gluten. As such, our products are “free from gluten”. This technicality has to do with food legislations. What’s important is that all our products are suitable for individuals who are gluten intolerant.


WHERE CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION ABOUT A PRODUCT OR SUPPLIER?
All relevant information is provided on each product page of our website. This includes ingredients, allergens, nutritional information and more. If there is anything else you’d like to know please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Ordering

WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS? 
Products are available nationwide at Food Lover's Market and independent Spar stores. You have the choice of buying online and having your order couriered to you or buying from one of our Distributors.

IS THERE A DISTRIBUTOR NEAR TO WHERE I LIVE?
Here is a full list of our Banting Blvd, HEBA and Happy Being Co Distributors. If you can’t find someone close enough please check back again as new Distributors frequently join our team.

HOW DO I ORDER PRODUCTS ONLINE?
From the homepage:

  • Select a product category that appeals to you.
  • Within the category you’ll find products on offer.
  • Once you choose a product you’ll be taken to the product review page for a more detailed description.
  • Select quantity and “add to cart”. You’ll see the number of items increase in your mini cart on the top right of the screen. From here you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.
  • In checkout we’ll give you the opportunity to review your cart.
  • You will now be asked for your shipping and billing addresses and continue to checkout. If you choose to make a Shopify profile you won’t been to fill in these details again the next time you make a purchase.

HOW DO I ORDER FROM A DISTRIBUTOR?
Please contact your local Distributor to find out their terms.

CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER?
Customers are welcome to order as much product as they like; we do however offer discounted prices for individuals who have qualified as a Distributors. If you would like more information on becoming a Distributor please email julia@smartpack.co.za

Payment

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS / OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? 
Our payment options include the following: 
Manual EFT
Instant EFT
Credit card: VISA & Mastercard
Banking details can be found on your invoice.

CAN I PAY CASH ON DELIVERY?
No. We require all orders to be paid for upfront in full before they are dispatched.

Delivery

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO? 
We deliver nationwide to street addresses. Post Offices Box addresses are not accepted by couriers.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Orders will be charge a courier fee of between R 50.00 and R 200.00 depending on where you are located. You will be quoted a courier fee for you to approve at checkout. At this point if you are unhappy with the cost of delivery you are welcome to cancel your order.

IS THE COURIER FEE INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT PRICE?
No, the courier fee is not included in the product price. It will be itemised separately on your invoice. 

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We select couriers depending on their proficiency and cost per region in order to ensure that our customers get the best services at the lowest rates. At this time we use: Fastway and DSV.

WHERE IS MY ORDER/HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Each courier works differently. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number/waybill. On the courier’s website you will find an option to track your parcel using the tracking number/waybill you have received.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
Delivery tends to take 2 – 3 working days. Please bear in mind that orders will only be dispatched on working days once payment has been received.

ORDER COLLECTIONS: CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Once we have received payment you can collect your order from our factory in Milnerton, Tuesday to Thursday from 11am to 3pm by appointment only. Alternatively, we courier nationwide to your door.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products being food items we are unable to accept returns. However, we are committed to delivering quality products so, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at julia@smartpack.co.za to arrange for a refund or replacement.
