The Banting Blvd Coconut Bread is grain, gluten and refined sugar-free. Unlike most low-carb alternatives this bread is light, freezer-friendly and easily toasted. Made with clean wholefood ingredients and no preservatives.

Cooking Instructions
Makes 20 slices.
- Heat oven to 180°C and prepare a loaf tin.
- In a bowl, mix together 6 Large Eggs, 250ml Buttermilk and 2 tablespoons Olive Oil.
- Add the Coconut Bread Premix and mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf tin. Bake for approximately 50 minutes, oven temperatures may vary.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Store in the fridge or freeze slices.
