Cooking Instructions
Makes 18 rusks.
- Heat oven to 180°C and prepare a loaf tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together 3 Large Eggs, 250ml Buttermilk and l 0ml Vanilla then mix in the Sunflower Seed Rusk Premix.
- Pour into the loaf tin and bake for approximately 40 minutes, oven temperatures may vary.
- Remove from the oven. Once cooled, slice into portions and place on an oven rack.
- Return to oven at 100°C and allow rusks to dry out for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
