Chocolate Cake Premix
Have your cake and eat it low-carb, too! Banting Blvd’s Chocolate Cake premix is gluten, grain and refined sugar free. Made with a blend of seeds and cocoa, this delicious indulgence is perfect for a birthday or any-day treat.

Just add eggs, cream, coffee, olivie oli and vanilla.

Makes 1 cake.
- Heat oven to 180°C and prepare a loaf or cake tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together 4 Large Eggs, 250ml Full Cream Milk, 125ml Hot Coffee, 30ml Olive Oil and 10ml Vanilla then mix in the Chocolate Cake Premix.
- Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, oven temperatures may vary.
- Allow to cool then top with dark chocolate, cream or berries.
