Psyllium Husk is naturally occurring, high in fibre and free from gluten. It swells considerably when added to liquid which reduces appetite and improves digestion. It is excellent for intestinal health.
Recommended as a binding agent in gluten-free baked goods. Use at least 250 ml of water with every 5 ml of Psyllium Husk.
Use as a binding aid in baked goods.
Ideal for Banting.
