Xylitol is a naturally occurring sugar alcohol with one third fewer calories than traditional sugar. It is a recommended substitute for diabetics and low sugar dieters. This product is sourced from Corn which is equal in nutritional value but more environmentally sustainable than Birch Xylitol.

One teaspoon of Xylitol is equivalent in sweetness to one teaspoon of sugar. Enjoy in baking, cooking and hot drinks.
