Banting Blvd's Cappuccino Muffins with Espresso Swirl

Makes 12 Cappuccino Muffins.

INGREDIENTS
Banting Blvd Cappuccino Muffin Premix
1T Granulated Coffee
Preferred Powdered Sweetener (We used 1T Xylitol)
Hot water

INSTRUCTIONS

For Espresso Swirl:

  • Combined coffee, sweetener and water to make a syrup.
  • Using a teaspoon, swirl syrup into each Cappuccino Muffin before baking.

For Cappuccino Muffins:

  • Follow the Banting Blvd Chocolate Cake Premix instructions.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
