Our HEBA makes a brilliant and affordable bread. Make your favourite sandwiches or add tasty ingredients into the batter for a delicious loaf.
HEBA Bread-in-a-Mug
We all love a little bread... Banting bread that is! But making a whole loaf can sometimes be too much or too time consuming. Luckily, you can make a mini-loaf of HEBA bread in your microwave. Just enough for breakfast or lunch. Filling, hearty and always freshly baked. Try it with a spread of butter or add delicious cheese and spices to the batter before cooking. Tell us what your favourite combination is!
HEBA Umfino
Makes 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
200g HEBA
750 ml water
1 medium cabbage
300 g spinach
Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
Place water in a pot and bring water to boil.
Add vegetables and seasoning.
Once the vegetables have soften, stir in HEBA.
Add more water if pap is too dry.
Serve with chicken feet or any meat dish.
