Treat yourself to a batch of freshly baked Cappuccino Crumble Muffins! Using our Cappuccino Muffin Premix, we've flavoured up these baked goodies with nuts and seeds for an extra layer of crunch while still keeping it Banting friendly.

- 4 tbsps sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup raw almonds
- ¼ cup raw walnuts
- 4 tbsps coffee
- 2 tbsps xylitol
- 2 tbsps coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
1. Make Banting Blvd. Cappuccino Muffin Premix as per instructed on the pack.
To make crumble:
1. Pulse all the dry crumble ingredients in a blender until a crumble has formed.
2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and mix in coffee and coconut oil.
3. Top the muffins with the crumble before baking the muffins.
