HEBA Bread-in-a-Mug

We all love a little bread... Banting bread that is! But making a whole loaf can sometimes be too much or too time consuming. Luckily, you can make a mini-loaf of HEBA bread in your microwave. Just enough for breakfast or lunch. Filling, hearty and always freshly baked. Try it with a spread of butter or add delicious cheese and spices to the batter before cooking. Ingredients

3 tablespoons Heba
1 egg
3 tablespoon water
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Add ingredients in a mug and stir well.
  2. Cook for 90 seconds in a microwave at full power.
  3. Allow to cool before slicing.
