HEBA Bread

There are a lot of people that will say giving up bread is the hardest part of the Banting, low-carb lifestyle. So don't! Just choose to rather eat low-carb, nutrient rich bread. Our HEBA makes a brilliant and affordable bread. Make your favourite sandwiches or add tasty ingredients into the batter for a delicious loaf.  


200g HEBA
2 tablespoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
4 eggs
1½ cups water


  1. Heat oven to 180˚C.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. In a bowl mix eggs and water then stir in the dry ingredients.
  4. Pour into a lined and greased loaf tin.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes, oven temperatures may vary.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing.
