4 medium ripe avocados
¼ red onion, finely chopped
5 slices Salami, finely chopped
Juice of ½ a lemon
Season with Salt and Freshly ground black pepper
Micro leaves, for garnish
- To a large mixing bowl, lightly smash the avocado leaving it quite chuncky before adding the red onion, salami, lemon juice and seasoning.
- Adjust to your taste before garnishing with the micro herbs and serving.
